We enjoy providing our clients with the opportunity for a 3D walk through their new home or development before plans are finalised, using virtual reality. This immersive experience allows clients to truly imagine what their home or development will look and feel like, before they sign off on their designs.
 
Before establishing Kotahi Architecture in 2019, Ean Dawson was introduced to a wide range of multi-disciplinary developments in the commercial and industrial sectors during 17 years working among the highly regarded team at Stiffe Hooker Ltd.
 
He is a Licensed Building Practitioner and has in-depth knowledge and experience with regards to the New Zealand Building Code and Local Act requirements. Ean previously worked in London for Mark 10 Planning and Design and with experience in the Land Development environment and structural detailing at a contracting level, he brings a wealth of infrastructure and design knowledge to Kotahi Architecture.
